3 Bedroom House Southsea Hampshire - Classic

Gypsol Classic is the most popular of the screeds within the Gypsol range. It is a general purpose flowing, self-compacting screed suited to all normal screed applications.

SLS were contracted to deliver 200 m2 at a depth of 50mm of Gyspol's Classic Pumped Liquid Screed across all 4 levels (basement, ground and two upper floors) of this stun-ning new build project located in Southsea, Hampshire.

The 10m3 of Gypscreed Classic screed was supplied by Breedon from their local Ports-mouth plant.

certainly has an eye for detail. This coupled with his background in construction made for a client that had high standards and equally high expectations. It was clear from the outset that he knew exactly what he wanted. Working with his Architect he has designed a beautiful and spacious high spec home of unique design, complete with UFH across all 4 levels.

Sam required a screed that would work with the Underfloor Heating offering a responsive and cost effective heating system. Gypsol Classic offers a thermal conductivity up to 2.3w/mK compared to a traditional sand cement screed which is around 1.1w/mK. Gypsol Classic was therefore the perfect complement to this excellent project.
